Uncle Bill’s Bar has a dispenser class license that allows the sale of bear, wine and spirits both on premises as well as packaged to go.  Dispenser type licenses are limited in number by the State of New Mexico.

The 4100+/- s.f. building and the .19+/- acre parcel is part of a commercial strip ideally located in the center of town at the crossroads of New Mexico State Roads 435 and 12.
