UNITED COUNTRY AFFILIATE SELLS POPULAR RANCH FOR $15 MIL

Randie Landwehr, owner/broker/auctioneer for United Country | Land and Home Sales in Stockton, MO, teamed up with UCAS and Enhanced Marketing Solutions (EMS) to sell one of the most well-known and largest ranches in the state... Circle A Ranch.

The auction took place on Sept. 16 and was a huge success, selling for $15.3 million! It attracted 200 attendees and bidders from seven states and sold in 18 tracts. Circle A Ranch is a 7,721 acre diverse ranch located in Cedar County, MO, and as a cattle ranch, it also featured farmland, hunting land and development tracts.
