UNITED COUNTRY REAL ESTATE EMPOWERS NEXT GENERATION WITH YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

United Country Real Estate, a pioneer in real estate marketing, is proud to announce the first two recipients of its United Country Youth Scholarship Program. Launched in late 2023, this initiative aims to support the educational aspirations of outstanding students within the United Country community.

The program, sponsored by United Country and its affiliate companies, is specifically tailored for the children and grandchildren of employees (including retirees) within the organization. Its primary goal is to recognize and assist exceptional students pursuing post-secondary education.

In its inaugural year, the program drew interest from 29 applicants, each demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence and community service. After a rigorous selection process, Madison Zerr and Maggie Boyd emerged as the clear recipients, each awarded $1,500 for educational expenses.

Madison Zerr, daughter of Nickolas Zerr from United Country Real Estate | AgTeam Land Brokers, impressed the committee with her leadership roles in various organizations and her academic achievements. She plans to pursue agricultural leadership and marketing at Fort Hays State University.

Maggie Boyd, granddaughter of Hines Boyd, Broker/Owner of United Country | FL-GA Realty & Auction, stood out for her dedication to helping others through her education. She aims to combine her language skills with her passion for healthcare to provide medical care to underserved communities.

Shawn Terrel, President of United Country Auction Services, expressed his pride in the scholarship recipients during the annual Training & Awards Convention in Texas. "Congratulations on receiving the scholarship," he said. "Your hard work and dedication have paid off. This achievement is a testament to your talent and potential."

United Country is committed to increasing funding for the program each year, with the goal of offering more scholarships to deserving students in the future.
