UC AUCTIONEERS SELL $7.6 MILLION IN KENTUCKY

Ron Kirby and Chris Gravil of United Country | Heartland Realty and Auction recently completed a huge and successful auction of 72 single-family homes for a total of $7.6 million! The sale was well above the seller's expectations as the appraised value was $7 million.

​There were 60 bidders, 19 of who bought properties. Ron said the auction was highly successful because of the quality of the properties, the relationship with the sellers and tenants, top-notch UC marketing and actually knocking on doors in and around the community of homeowners who own similar property types.
